Study visits

We regret that the 2012-13 study visit course to The Gambia will not be running.  However, we are planning further study visits as part of a new secondary project, which is due to start in Spring 2013.  We will post up information as soon as it is available, but in the meantime, please e-mail us if you would like to register your interest: info@tidec.org

'Global perspectives in sustainable development' was due to start in Autumn 2012, with a visit to The Gambia at February Half Term 2013.

This significant professional development opportunity was aimed at teachers with an interest in sustainability and global learning, wishing to explore ideas with others.  It offered participants the opportunity to write up work as Masters level units, through the University of Worcester.  Details are downloadable below, as are course details and an application form.

This course has grown out of a long-standing partnership with the National Environment Agency of The Gambia.  For background on the partnership see feature article
