Tide~ Centre records information about people using its services, joining working groups etc for the purpose of communication, monitoring our work and keeping people informed about future opportunities.

Tide~ will not give this information to any other parties. Should there be an occasion when it seems appropriate to provide contact details of an individual this will not be done until they have been consulted.

If anyone wishes to have their details modified or removed from the organisation's database they should request this in writing to the Administrator, Tide~ Centre, Millennium Point, Curzon Street, Birmingham B4 7XG. wmc@tidec.org

There should be no access to the Tide~ database other than by Tide~ Centre staff or others with specific permission for a specific purpose, eg those working on behalf of the staff relating to a particular project.
