Tide~ global learning and the Association for Science Education invite you to take part in an exploratory project about the potential of science and global learning at Key Stage 3.
The project has been developed in a number of contexts, which include:
innovations in Science Education through the Association for Science Education, including its Global Dimensions project; the QCA secondary curriculum review and the new Science GCSE; the DCSF Sustainable schools framework … and the challenge of climate change; DCSF and QCA initiatives on global dimensions in education; a wider Tide~ initiative about global learning. New teacher materials from the ASE Global dimensions initiative will be trialled as part of this project.

CPD day at the Tide~ Centre, Millennium Point, Birmingham on Monday 25th February 2008, 10am to 4pm.
Costs
